For returns resulting from customer preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

There is no restocking fee.

Customers must contact Jeerva before returning a product and provide the order number and reason for the return.

Jeerva will provide return instructions.

Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not substituted for an approved refund.
